Liked it. It is small inside and that is on downside. Food is ok. Atmosphere perfect and only reason for five stars. No enough parking space and not good.

I went alone as the person I was supposed to go with fell ill, didn’t feel judged or any less serviced than anyone in the restaurant - food was phenomenal with the wine being on par with quality. My server was polite, approachable and a lovely man.10/10 can recommend.

Food was very good to excellent, we waited for a bit longer but it was worth the wait. Also the waiting staff is excellent, our waiter last night was super polite, nice, helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I have been in Mostar for 1 month , and Only discovered Pablo's last night . Well I was very impressed , beautiful building and area of town , Professional slick service , great interior design , modern presentation of food . Similar prices to the slightly rough around the edges eateries in old town , and a few classes above for the same pricing . We had Calamari & Risotto , Peppered steak , Double Jack Daniels and coke , and a lovely glass of house red , total price 25.or 22Food 8 out of 10 / service 9 out of 10 / location and building 9 out of 10 . The best alio olio pasta I've ever eaten. Service was amazing. Waiters were so polite and our food arrived super fast. All in all we had great time here

Excellent choice in Mostar!! Very tasty, very friendly...2023 update: I visited Pablo’s again 4 years after my first visit. There was a renovation that made it even better!!!My experience was again perfectNew menu, great taste againLooking forward to my next visit
